New to Yoga or curious about it’s benefits?  Check this out.

Yoga, which is associated with the Hindu religion, is thought to be more than 5000 years old.  It’s original intent was to induce relaxation and stability through controlled breathing and poses, for the purpose of enduring prolonged meditation.

Modern day yoga has many purposes, primarily to promote health and wellness.  So if you are a complete beginner, this video is one you should try.

We love Adriene.  Her voice is so peaceful and pleasant.

In this 20 minute sequence she gently guides the beginner without the need for any apparatus.
