While we applaud you for your determination and discipline in putting together your sound yoga practice, sometimes its hard motivate yourself to try new poses or approaches.

• MIX IT UP:
Something simple like switching from an evening class to a morning one, … could help you see your practice in a whole new light.
• PUMP UP THE JAM:
Are you used to sun salutations in silence at home? Make a playlist by adding all your favorite tunes… you’ll be surprised at how much music can turn your practice around.
• HAVE A GOAL:
Progress is important in any fitness routine, no matter how small it is. Choose a peak pose to work towards while respecting your body’s limitations; and keep yourself inspired for longer.
• BRING A FRIEND:
Although your practice should be all your own, having a buddy to work out with helps in keeping #fresh – especially when the both of you nail that handstand together…
